乙酰丙酮光度法测定白乳胶中甲醛含量的探究

摘要

根据白乳胶中甲醛的特点,对乙酰丙酮分光光度法测量甲醛的含量进行了优化,提高了检测结果的准确率,对可能影响游离甲醛测定结果的因素进行了分析.研究结果表明,蒸馏时间以及馏出液显色前过滤与否均对胶粘剂中游离甲醛浓度的测定结果有一定的影响,蒸馏时间控制在60min、显色前溶液进行过滤得到的结果较宜,而溶液显色后的冷却方式对结果几乎没有影响.%Based on the characteristics of free-formaldehyde in white latex adhesive,the measurement of formaldehyde content with spectrophotometry of acetyl acetone was optimized,improved the accuracy of test results and the possible factors influencing the results of the determination of free- formaldehyde was analyzed.The results show that the distillation time and distillate filter or not have a certain influence on the determination results of free-formaldehyde concentration in the adhesive,the results are appropriate when the distillation time was 60 min,the distillate was filtered,and the cooling way of solution almost have no effect on the results.
