元宝枫无性系幼龄期枝叶性状变异分析

         

摘要

To select superior varieties of Acer truncatum Bunge clones,six clone populations from selec-tive breeding were chosen to analyze the variability of 1 4 traits,such as growth,branch gesture,leaf shape and leaf color.And colorimeter was firstly employed to define the leaf color quantitatively.The results were as fol-lows:(1 )The variation coefficients of 1 4 traits ranged from 0.0439 to 0.3680,and there were all highly sig-nificant or significant differences except ground diameter (X2 ),petiole curvature (X1 1 ),leaf color value a (X1 3 )and leaf color value b (X1 4 ).It indicated that the variations of branches and leaves were abundant. (2)Except the leaf color value a and leaf color value b,the repeatability of branch and leaf characters were between 0.5343 and 0.8380,which suggested that these traits were moderate to high genetic control charac-ters.It indicated that environment had low effects on most traits.(3)Correlation analysis indicated that seed-ling height (X1 )was highly significantly positively related to branch curvature (X4 ),which showed that the clone populations growing faster and higher possessed softer and more pliable branches.%为进行元宝枫无性系的良种选择,以新选育的6个元宝枫无性系为试验材料,对其生长、枝姿、叶形和叶色等14个性状进行变异性分析,其中首次使用色差仪对叶色进行数量化分析。结果表明:(1)无性系间14个性状的变异系数在0.0439~0.3680之间,除去地径(X2)、叶柄弯度(X11)、叶色 a 值(X13)、叶色 b 值(X14)差异不显著外,其他性状均存在极显著或显著差异,表明枝叶性状的遗传变异较为丰富;(2)除叶色 a值(X13)与叶色 b 值(X14)的重复力较低外,其他性状重复力在0.5343~0.8380之间,属于中等偏高遗传控制性状,表明大多数性状受环境影响较小;(3)相关性分析表明:苗高(X1)与枝条弯度(X4)呈极显著正相关,表明苗高增长快的元宝枫无性系,枝条易柔软下弯。
