云南省景洪市古茶树资源农艺性状多样性分析

摘要

Through investigating the ancient tea tree community in Jinghong City of Yunnan Province, the community types,distribution and growth status of ancient tea trees were comprehensively found out,inclu-ding the altitude,tree age,tree performance,tree margin,stem diameter,leaf shape,petal characteristics, etc.The morphological and agronomic characters of 88 tea germplasm resources in 1 2 tea regions were statisti-cally analyzed.The results showed that the variable coefficients of 8 agronomic characters ranged from 1 5.51 % to 57.74% in the order of the lowest branch height,leaf area,tree margin,tree height,leaf length, leaf width,corolla diameter,fruit size.The feature vector contribution rates of 4 main components in 1 3 agro-nomic characters accounted for 73.026%,which were 34.830%,15.824%,12.902%,9.470% from the first to the fourth.%通过对云南省景洪市古茶树群落进行实地考察，全面摸清了该市古茶树群落种类、分布现状和生长情况，主要包括其海拔高度、树龄、树姿、树幅、干径、叶形和花瓣特征等。以12个代表茶区88份古茶树种质资源为供试材料，对茶树的形态特征和农艺性状进行统计分析。结果表明，检测的8个农艺性状变异系数在15．51％～57．74％之间，从大到小排列依次为最低分枝高＞叶面积＞树幅＞树高＞叶长＞叶宽＞花冠直径＞果实大小；古茶树农艺性状13个特征向量中4个主成分的累计贡献率达到73．026％，第一主成分至第四主成分的贡献率依次为：34．830％、15．824％、12．902％、9．470％。
