旱稻生产现状及山东旱稻发展对策

摘要

旱稻具有耐干旱、耐贫瘠、适应性广等特点。目前全球人口不断增加、水资源短缺和旱灾频发，重视和发展旱稻生产对保障粮食安全和提高经济效益具有重要意义。本文在简要阐述旱稻抗旱机理、生理特性、经济价值的基础上，对国内外及山东省旱稻生产现状作了系统分析，并据此提出了山东旱稻的发展对策。%Upland rice has many advantages such as drought resistance,barren tolerance and wide a-daptability.In the context of global population ever -increasing,shortage of water resources and frequent drought,attaching great importance to developing upland rice production is advantageous to ensure food securi-ty and improve economic benefit.On the basis of briefly reviewing the drought -resistant mechanism,physio-logical characters and economic value of upland rice,its production status at home and abroad,as well as in Shandong Province,was elaborated in this paper.The development countermeasures of upland rice production in Shandong Province were also presented.
