5种常用杀虫剂对樱桃果蝇成虫的室内毒力测定

摘要

为筛选防治樱桃果蝇的药剂,采用胃毒触杀联合毒力测定方法在室内分别测定了5种常用杀虫剂对黑腹果蝇及斑翅果蝇成虫的毒力.结果表明:5种杀虫剂对斑翅果蝇成虫的毒力大小顺序为高效氯氰菊酯＞多杀菌素＞甲维盐＞氯虫苯甲酰胺＞阿维菌素,对黑腹果蝇成虫的毒力大小顺序为多杀菌素＞甲维盐＞高效氯氰菊酯＞氯虫苯甲酰胺＞阿维菌素.%In order to screen out effective insecticides against fruit flies,stomach-contact combination toxicity method was used indoor to test the virulence of 5 types of pesticides on adults of Drosophila melanogaster and Drosophila suzukii laboratory populations.The results showed that the order of the toxicity on Drosophila suzukii from high to low was beta cypermethrin,spinosad,emamectin,chlorantraniliprole and avermectins;the order of the toxicity on Drosophila melanogaster from high to low was spinosad,emamectin,beta cypermethrin,chlorantraniliprole and avermectins.
