消癖汤联合乳康片治疗乳腺增生肝郁脾虚证的临床观察

摘要

Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of Xiaopitang combined with Rukangpian on the treatment on hyperplasia of mammary glands with liver depression and spleend eficiency syndrome .Methods:120 patients from June 2013 to December 2014 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table .Patients with e‐ven number were regarded as the observation group(treated with Xiaopitang ) ,while those with odd number were regar‐ded as the control group(treated with Rukangpian ) .Each group includes 60 patients .Later ,to observe the time of pain relief ,the menstrual improved condition and the clinical effects of each group .Results:The average pain relief time of ob‐servation group(9 .2 ± 1 .9)d was obviously less than that of control group(18 .8 ± 4 .1)d;the menstrual improved condi‐tion of observation group was much better than that of control group;the total effective rate of observation group (91 . 7% )was higher than that of control group(68 .3% ) .Conclusion:Treating hyperplasia of mammary glands with liver de‐pression and spleen deficiency syndromeby by adopting Xiaopitang is quite effective .%目的：探讨消癖汤联合乳康片治疗肝郁脾虚型乳腺增生的临床效果。方法：选取我院收治的120例肝郁脾虚型乳腺增生患者，按照随机数字表法分组，对应随机数字为偶数者为观察组（口服消癖汤），奇数者为对照组（口服乳康片），每组60例。观察两组疼痛缓解时间、月经改善情况以及临床疗效。结果：观察组疼痛缓解平均时间（9．2±1．9）d明显小于对照组（18．8±4．1）d；观察组月经改善状况明显优于对照组；观察组总有效率（91．7％）高于对照组（68．3％）。结论：消癖汤治疗乳腺增生肝郁脾虚证效果较好。
