宣痹祛痰方治疗冠心病合并肥胖症痰瘀互结证疗效评价

摘要

目的:分析总结中药宣痹祛痰方在冠心病(稳定性心绞痛)合并肥胖症痰瘀互结证治疗中的应用价值.方法:以随机数字表法,将80例冠心病(稳定性心绞痛)合并痰瘀互结型肥胖症患者分为两组,分别给予常规西药治疗(对照组)及常规西药联合宣痹祛痰方治疗(治疗组),每组40例.分别对两组冠心病(稳定性心绞痛)及肥胖症治疗效果进行评价.结果:在结束8周治疗后,治疗组西雅图心绞痛评分高于对照组,BM I指数、T G水平、T C水平、LDL-C水平、胸闷评分、胸痛评分及心悸评分低于对照组(P<0.05).而两组8周治疗时间内所发生的不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:中药宣痹祛痰方可有效的提高冠心病(稳定性心绞痛)合并肥胖症痰瘀互结证的临床治疗效果.%Objective:To analyze and summarize the application value of traditional Chinese medicine relie-ving phlegm and removing phlegm in the treatment of coronary heart disease(stable angina pectoris)combined with obesity and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:80 cases of coronary heart disease(stable angina pectoris) combined with phlegm and blood stasis type obesity patients were divided into two groups by random number table method.They were given conventional western medicine treatment(control group)and conventional western medi-cine combined with Xuanbi Qutan decoction(treatment group),40 cases in each group.The therapeutic effect of two groups of coronary heart disease(stable angina pectoris)and obesity were evaluated respectively.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,the angina score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the BMI index,TG level,TC level,LDL-C level,chest distress score,chest pain score and heart palpitations score were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups within 8 weeks of treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the clinical effect of coronary heart disease(stable angina pectoris)combined with obesity and phlegm stasis syndrome.
