郝家梁煤矿项目风险分析及防范对策

摘要

为了评估郝家梁煤矿建设的可行性，对该项目从市场、技术、资源及融资方面进行了风险分析，并针对分析结果建议采取风险控制和风险自担策略，从而防范和降低风险。%In order to evaluate the feasibility of Haojialiang coal mine project , risk analysis was carried out from the aspect of market, technology, resource and financing.Based on the results of risk analysis, the plan of risk control and assump-tion of risk was proposed for avoiding and reducing risk .
