干旱胁迫对厚朴幼苗生理生化影响的研究

         

摘要

以1年生厚朴幼苗为材料,研究在聚乙二醇(PEG 6000)胁迫下厚朴幼苗的生理生化特性.结果表明:随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,厚朴叶片相对含水量(RWC)和叶绿素含量明显减少,叶片的相对电导率和丙二醛(MDA)含量呈上升趋势;其中MDA含量在处理36 h后增幅较大,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性先上升后下降,胁迫期间其活性高于对照,说明厚朴幼苗在干旱胁迫下可以保持一定的抗渗透胁迫能力和清除活性氧能力.%An experiment was conducted to study the leaf physiological characteristics and growth of one year old Magnolia officinalis seedlings treated with PEG6000. Results showed that with the extention of stress time, RWC and Chlorophyll content in leaves declined significantly. Relative conductivity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content showed ascendant trend while the malondialdehyde (MDA) content increased rapidly when treated with 36 h. Superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity increased then decreased,which activity always higher than that of control. Therefore,Magnolia officinalis seedlings had osmotic stress resistance ability and reactive oxygen scavenging capacity to a certain extent.
