4种抗生素对桑树种子萌发的影响

         

摘要

以秋雨桑的种子为试验材料,采用保湿培养法,分别用不同浓度的青霉素、氯霉素、四环素和链霉素为发芽环境,研究抗生素对桑树种子萌发的影响.结果表明:4种抗生素均能不同程度促进桑树种子萌发,促进桑树种子发芽率的抗生素浓度依次为150 mg/L青霉素>50 mg/L氯霉素>10 mg/L四环素>10 mg/L链霉素>ck.同时,除了浓度为150 mg/L青霉素外,其余3种抗生素均对桑苗长的伸长具有抑制作用,同时3种抗生素处理组桑树种苗的 MDA 含量、H2O2含量、O2·-含量和 O2·-产生速率均明显增加.相关分析表明,苗长与 O2·-含量、O2·-产生速率与 H2O2含量呈显著负相关,说明苗长受抑制与 O2·-和 H2O2含量可能有关.%In order to study the effect of antibiotics on the germination of mulberry seeds,the cultivar-Qiuyuseeds as the experimental material with method of moisture culture.The environment of germi-nation were set different concentrations of penicillin solution,chloramphenicol solution,tetracycline hydrochloride solution and streptomycin sulfate solution.The results showed that the four kinds of antibiotics could promote the mulberry seed germination,different level promoted order of mulberry seeds germination rate with antibiotic concentration were followed,penicillin(150 mg/L)>chloram-phenicol(50 mg/L)>tetracycline (10 mg/L)>streptomycin(10 mg/L)>ck.However,except penicil-lin with 150 mg/L,the other antibiotics had inhibitory effect on mulberry seedling length extension, meanwhile,the contents of MDA,H2O2,O2·-content and the rate of O2·-producing were signifi-cantly increased.Correlation analysis showed that there were significantly negatively related between seedling length and O2·- content,the rate of O2·- producing,H2O2content,which indicated that length of seedling suppressed were related with O2·-content,the rate of O2·-producing,H2O2con-tent.
