乌鲁木齐市经济发展与土地利用结构变化关系

摘要

探讨区域经济发展与土地利用结构变化的相关性,为促进区域内科学发展合理配置土地资源提供理论依据.运用主成分分析法,以1999-2008年乌鲁木齐市经济发展统计数据为依据,对影响该区域内土地利用结构变化的主要驱动因素进行定量与定性相结合的分析,得出特定区域内土地利用结构变化主要与其经济发展水平、农业内部结构调整、产业结构调整、人口增加等因素及其相互之间变动存在因果关系.%The purpose of the study is to provide theoretic basis for making use of land hy analyzing the correlation between land use structure and regional economic development structure. Employing the method of principal component analysis and based on the statistical data of economic development from 1999-2008 of Urumqi, this paper analyzes quantitatively and qualitatively the main driving factors which influence the structure change of regional land use, revealing that the major driving forces in land yuse structure are economic development force, internal structure adjustment of agriculture, industrial structure adjustment and population growth.
