基于土地管理数据的地理国情监测作业新方法探讨

摘要

土地管理数据是地理国情监测地表覆盖及其变化的重要数据源。针对地理国情监测主要利用地表自然和人文地理要素的现状和空间分布信息，科学揭示资源、生态、环境、人口、经济、社会等要素在地理空间上相互作用、相互影响的内在关系的特点，分析了地理国情监测的内容，介绍了土地管理行业与地理国情监测相关的土地信息状况，构建了地表覆盖分类与土地利用现状分类间的映射关系，参考已经被实践验证的“先内业后外业”第二次土地调查技术工作流程，提出了利用土地管理数据实施地理国情监测数据采集的作业方法，对土地管理数据在地理国情监测中的应用进行了有益的探索，可为地理国情监测工作更好的利用其他行业专题数据提供技术借鉴。%Land management data are the vital sources of land cover data in the national geographical condition monitoring .Considering that the characteristics of national geographical condition monitoring mainly uses spatial distribution information and status of surface elements ,including nature geography and human geography ,it scientifically reveals the interactive relationship in the geographical space among resource ,ecology ,environment , population ,economy and society ,and analyzes the content of national geographical condition monitoring .Secondly , the land management data associated with national geographical condition monitoring is introduced .Thirdly , mapping relationships between land cover classification and current land use classification are established .Finally , the data acquisition method making use of land management data in national geographical condition monitoring is proposed ,referring to Second Land Survey's techniques workflow which called “first indoor then outdoor” .Land management data are the vital sources of land cover data in the national geographical condition monitoring .Considering that the characteristics of national geographical condition monitoring mainly uses spatial distribution information and status of surface elements ,including nature geography and human geography ,it scientifically reveals the interactive relationship in the geographical space among resource ,ecology ,environment , population ,economy and society ,and analyzes the content of national geographical condition monitoring .Secondly , the land management data associated with national geographical condition monitoring is introduced .Thirdly , mapping relationships between land cover classification and current land use classification are established .Finally , the data acquisition method making use of land management data in national geographical condition monitoring is proposed ,referring to Second Land Survey's techniques workflow which called “first indoor then outdoor” . Overall ,this study carries on the beneficial exploration on the application of land information management data in national geographical condition monitoring ,and provides references for better use of other thematic data .
