基于有限元分析的柴油发电机组底盘轻量化设计方法

摘要

This paper describes a light-weight method for diesel generator sets chassis by use of finite element techniques.By using ANSYS structural analysis on the chassis,find the parts of the maximum and minimum stress and displacement,then reduce the weight of part as much as possible, which is the minimum stress and displacement. Adjust the light-weight program,and considering the various factors to find a balance, then complete the ligh-tweight design.%本文介绍了利用有限元技术对某柴油发电机组配套底盘进行轻量化的设计方法。利用ANSYS对底盘进行结构分析，得出最大和最小应力及位移部位，在满足底盘可靠性的基础上尽可能的减小应力和位移最小处部件的重量，并调整轻量化方案，综合考虑各因素找到平衡，完成轻量化设计。
