This article simply introduced the working principle and control methods of three phase SPWM inverter, focused on the analysis of low harmonics in three phase SPWM inverter, and further analyzed the effects of the low harmonic caused by three-phase SPWM inverter in different dead band time through the Matlab/Simulink simulation.%本文简单介绍了三相SPWM逆变器的工作原理及控制方法，重点对三相SPWM逆变器产生的低次谐波进行分析，并通过Matlab/Simulink仿真分析不同死区时间对三相SPWM逆变器输出电压低次谐波的影响。
