科研单位职称评定的几点思考

摘要

The paper illustrates the concept of professional title evaluation; the trend of professional title evaluation system; disadvantages of professional title evaluation in research institute at present. This paper presents the tendency in aspect of breaking the thesis-oritented pattern in evaluation system and stressing on achievements transformation . It is essential to set up a rational professional title evaluation system, thus, talents can be evaluated comprehensively and scientifically.%本文从职称评定的概念；职称评定制度的发展趋势；目前科研事业单位科研人员职称平评定的弊端；职称评定从打破“唯论文”式的评价机制、给职称评定“松绑”、注重成果转化等方面谈了职称评定制度的发展方向；建立职称评定制度的合理性，才能提升人才评价的全面性和科学性。
