资源型企业间合作技术创新绩效实证研究

摘要

In this paper, the stepwise regression equation to discuss the market structure, the natural environment, technical capac-ity, government policies on technological innovation performance in the cooperation between the resources based enterprises, and according to the motives and modes of cooperation between the resources based enterprises technological innovation cooperation be-tween enterprises of technological innovation relationship type classification, and then using analysis of variance to explore the im-pact of differences on the performance of the cooperation between enterprises of technological innovation. Aims to explore coopera-tion in technological innovation performance influencing factors affect the resources based enterprises and the role of law, to provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance to improve and enhance the performance of cooperative technology innovation in China's resources based enterprises.%　　利用逐步回归方程讨论市场结构、自然环境、技术能力、政府政策对资源型企业间合作技术创新绩效的影响，并依据资源型企业间合作技术创新的动机和模式对企业间合作技术创新关系类型进行分类，进而采用方差分析探讨其对企业间合作技术创新绩效的影响差异。旨在探寻出影响资源型企业间合作技术创新绩效的影响因素和作用规律，为我国资源型企业间合作技术创新绩效的改进和提高提供理论基础和实践指导。
