科技企业孵化器网络平台是链接创业企业和投资者及其它相关机构的有效平台。运用数据包络分析（DEA ）测算了中国大陆国家级科技企业孵化器综合效率、纯技术效率和规模效率，对有无科技企业孵化器网络平台的3种效率进行了差异性检验，分析比较了中国大陆国家级科技企业孵化器网络平台与台湾地区孵化器网络平台的活跃度。通过对中国大陆综合型、专业型、事业型和企业型4类不同类型孵化器，以及大陆与台湾两个不同地区的6类科技企业孵化器网络平台内容进行词频分析和对应分析，比较了各类孵化器网络平台关键词特征，提出了改进和优化中国大陆科技企业孵化器网络平台的政策建议。%The network platforms are fast and effective platforms for start -ups to link investors and other related institu-tions .Based on data envelopment analysis (DEA) ,the paper estimates the combined efficiency ,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the national business incubators of mainland China ,and carries out the difference tests to three kinds of incubator efficiency whether the incubators have their network platforms ,and analyses the activity of the national business incubator network platforms .The paper carries out a word frequency analysis and correspondence analysis to six kinds of business incubator network platform contents ,including incubators in mainland China and Taiwan ,professional ,integrat-ed ,career and enterprise -type incubators ,then compares characteristics of the keywords picked up from various types of incubators network platform ,and finally proposes the policy recommendations so as to improve and optimize the network platforms of business incubators in mainland China .
