制造企业供应商整合对供应商创新性影响研究

         

摘要

Although some researches indicated that suppliers'innovativeness are quite useful in managing and making use of supplier's resource and capability in manufacturer's technological innovation ,few study have focused on mechanism of drives of supplier innovativeness .This research not only replenished the construct of supplier integration ,but also ex‐plored the motiving mechanism between supplier integration and supplier innovativeness .By empirical researching 380 samples we found that ,relationship integration ,information integration ,plan integration and team integration are extrac‐ted and confirmed as the construct of supplier integration ;Relationship integration positively effect plan integration and team integration ,information integration positively effect plan integration ;Supplier integration positively effect supplier innovativeness .Supplier responsiveness has incomplete intermediary effect on supplier integration‐supplier innovativeness link .The results suggest that supplier integration able to motivate supplier innovativeness directly ,while it also can be a‐chieved by inspiring supplier responsiveness indirectly .In addition ,Strategic level supplier integration will effect imple‐mentation of operation level's plan integration .This research result has great signification on the practices of manufacturer fully stimulates supplier's innovativeness improving their technological innovation capability .%利用供应商创新性是制造企业集成外部资源与能力开展技术创新的有效途径,但激发供应商创新性的机制尚不明确。研究揭示了供应商整合构念及供应商创新性激发机理。对380个样本的实证研究显示,供应商整合分为关系整合、信息整合、计划整合与团队整合4个维度。关系整合正向影响计划整合和团队整合,信息整合正向影响计划整合。供应商整合正向影响供应商创新性,供应商响应性在上述关系中具有不完全中介作用。研究表明,供应商整合能直接激发供应商创新性,也可提升供应商响应性,而战略层面整合有助于运营层面整合的顺利实施。该结论可为制造企业充分激发供应商创新性,借助供应商提升技术创新能力的管理实践提供理论指导。
