中国创新绩效评价及启示--基于国际比较视角

摘要

基于国际比较视角，对中国及其它39个国家的创新绩效进行了比较评价。具体分析了中国创新绩效总体水平及其结构特征，认为应保持中国研发经费投入增长态势，充分发挥科技人力资源红利，加快创新成果应用和技术扩散，实现社会生产率的提高。%This paper constructs a set of innovative performance evaluation indicators ,and conducted comparative evaluated china and other 39 countries'Innovation Performance from the perspective of international comparison .Then detailed anal‐ysis the overall level of China's innovation performance and structural features ,It stated that China should keep the present R&D expenditure grow th ,give full play of the science and technology human resource bonuses ,accelerate the prolifera‐tion and applications of technology innovations to achieve innovation‐driven increase social productivity .
