This paper constructs a conceptual model based on dynamic capabilities and business ecosystem theory. Through the empirical analysis of the impact of engineering technology integration capabilities on engineering technology catching-up performance, and it explores the moderating role of business ecosystem health. The results show that: (1) The engineering technology integration capability has positive effect on the engineering technological catching-up performance. The stronger the ability of technology integration, the higher the performance of technological catching-up. (2) Business ecosystem health has moderating effect on the relationship between engineering technology integration capability and engineering technological catching-up performance. A healthy business ecosystem can more consistently demonstrate technology integration capability to improve technological catching-up performance.%通过对中国水电工程成功实现技术追赶的理论总结,揭示技术追赶的内在机制,也为其他大中型工程实现技术追赶提供借鉴.基于动态能力和商业生态系统理论建立概念模型,实证分析工程技术整合能力对工程技术追赶绩效的影响,并探究了商业生态系统健康的调节作用.研究表明:(1)工程技术整合能力对工程技术追赶绩效具有正向影响,即工程技术整合能力越强工程技术追赶绩效越高;(2)商业生态系统健康在工程技术整合能力与工程技术追赶绩效的关系中具有正向调节作用,即健康的商业生态系统能更加稳定地发挥技术整合能力从而提升追赶绩效.
