从个人知识管理的视角简要回顾了国内高校图书馆信息素养教育现状.信息素养课程教学目标中尚未增加个人知识管理内容,企业界知识管理刚刚起步,导致了信息素养教育中尚未普遍加入用户个人知识管理内容.应通过培养用户学习、保存、共享、使用及创造知识的能力来提升用户个人知识管理能力.%Current situation of information literacy education in Chinese academic libraries is briefly reviewed form the point of personal knowledge management, Personal knowledge management has not been included in the teaching objectives of information literacy education and knowledge management has not been widely implemented in enterprises. As a result, personal knowledge management is not a common part of information literacy education at present. Users should be cultivated to improve their ability in acquiring, saving, sharing, using and creating knowledge in order to enhance their ability in personal knowledge management.
