西部高校加强申报国家自然科学基金项目工作的几点思考

摘要

In April 2007, the State Council promulgated the " National Natural Science Funds," which marked a new era that the National Natural Science Foundation entered. It also means a landmark in the history of Science Foundation Fund. Under the new situation, we should think more, as universities in western China, how to take that advantage to supply their own weaknesses, how to take positive measures to strengthen the project application for the National Natural Science Foundation, how to improve the success rate of application, and how to strive a place in the basic research; all these questions are worth considering .%2007年4月国务院公布了,这是标志着国家自然科学基金发展进入了一个崭新的时代,在其发展史上具有里程碑意义.在新形势下,西部地区高校应如何乘势而上,针对自身薄弱环节,采取积极对策,加强科学基金项目的组织申报工作力度,提高申报成功率,力争在基础研究中占有一席之地是我们值得思考的问题.
