一种考虑可靠度约束的单设备集成维护模型

         

摘要

Production scheduling and maintenance are two key issues in a manufacturing system with the same goal, but they have conflict. To find the balance, the paper proposes an integrated production scheduling and preventive maintenance planning model with reliability constraint. It develops an improvement factor to describe the effect of preventive maintenance on equipment equivalent age. Then it presents two absolute preventive maintenance and production scheduling models, an integrated model based on limitation of reliability, their goals are to minimize the total production cost. Finally, it discusses a numerical example following Weibull distribution optimized with genetic algorithm, the results showes that the integrated maintenance optimization strategy is much more practical and effective than the absolute decisions, and it can provide decision support for the two.%生产调度和设备维护是制造系统中的两个关键问题,两者的目标是统一的,但也存在冲突点,为找到两者之间的平衡点,提出了一种满足可靠度约束的预防性维护和生产调度的集成维护优化模型.以制造系统总生产费用最小为目标,引入可靠度约束条件,通过改善因子来描述预防性维护对设备役龄的改善效果,分别建立了预防性维护和生产调度的独立模型以及两者的集成优化模型.以故障率服从威布尔分布为例,利用遗传算法对模型进行了求解和优化,结果表明,该集成优化策略是实用而有效的,可为生产实际中设备维护计划的制定和生产调度提供决策支持.
