Since the global climate summit, the carbon emissions have drawn ever more attention all over the world. Many countries including China hare made commitments on carbon - reduction and set goals for reducing carbon emissions. As a developing country, China is facing multiple tasks of industrialization and urbanization, therefore, it is a huge challenge to reduce carbon emissions. As an example of Jiangxi province , this paper verifies that EKC about carbon emissions shows " U + pour U" , and the current carbon emissions are falling a turning point, with the change of the industrial structure and energy. For this reason, it is an effective way to reduce carbon emissions by adjusting the industrial structure and the ener-gy structure, vigorously developing high-tech industry and clean energy.%哥本哈根全球气候峰会后,碳排放问题越来越受到世界各国的关注,包括中国在内的许多国家相继作出了碳减排承诺,设定了具体的碳减排目标.以江西省为例,运用曲线模型和相关统计方法,验证得出碳排放EKC曲线呈现U型+倒U型,且当前碳排放处于下降拐点,其中,产业结构和能源结构的变化是碳排放EKC曲线波动的主要影响因素.为此,调整产业结构和能源结构,加大发展高技术产业和清洁能源等成为碳减排的有效途径.
