广东省科技基础条件平台建设的思考

摘要

科技基础条件平台是知识经济时代的重要社会基础设施,是国家科技发展战略的主要抓手,科技基础条件平台建设研究对建设创新型广东具有重要的意义.在总结分析国内外科技基础条件平台建设经验和平台特点的基础上,提出了广东省科技基础条件平台建设的重点工作,强调要加强总体规划设计和绩效评估.%Science and Technology Infrastructure Platform (STIP) is an important social infrastructure and the main grasper of national science and technology development strategy. Research of STIP is very significant for constructing innovative Guangdong. The authors put forward a train of thought of major tasks of Guangdong provincial STIP, and emphasize that general planning design and performance appraisal should be strengthened.
