中国大学基础研究效率分析--基于贝叶斯随机前沿的实证研究

摘要

Using the panel data of 46 universities during the period from 1 999 to 201 1 ,this paper investigates the efficiency of Chinese basic research in universities and the determinants influencing the efficiency by utilizing Bayesian stochastic frontier function.The result shows the elasticity of human capital and financial capital is similar which is fluctuating be-tween 0.29 and 0.36.As to the factors influencing the efficiency,the most important one is quality of researchers.Moreo-ver,the orientation for basic research and international cooperation also plays significantly positive role.However,whether or not the university is supported by 985 project does not influence the efficiency.%采用我国46个高校1999—2011年的基础研究面板数据，利用贝叶斯随机前沿方法对我国大学基础研究的效率及其影响因素进行研究，结果发现：（1）经费投入和人员投入的作用类似，弹性在0.29～0.36上下浮动；（2）影响效率最显著的因素是高校教师质量；（3）基础研究导向和国际合作也对基础研究效率有显著积极作用；（4）是否为985高校对基础研究效率的作用不显著。
