劳伦斯·伯克利国家实验室技术转移制度及效益分析

摘要

对劳伦斯·伯克利国家实验室（LBNL）技术转移制度从内部和外部两个方面进行梳理和分析，并结合美国世邦魏理仕公司的经济评价报告对 LBNL 科技成果转化的效益进行了分析。最后，针对我国国家实验室技术转移方面目前存在的问题，提出建议。%This paper analyzes the technology transfer system of Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL)from both internal and external aspects.Then combined with the economic impact report by CBRE company,this paper analyzes the benefit of scientific and technological achievement transformation.Finally,for the current problems of our national laborato-ries,some suggestions are proposed to develop the technology transfer system.
