专利权人满意度及其影响因素研究--基于江苏省调研的实证分析

摘要

利用江苏省的1个副省级市和12个地级市专利权人的实地调查数据，运用回归模型对专利权人的满意度及其影响因素进行实证研究，结果表明，相较申请大量的专利，专利权人越来越看重专利能够获得的保护水平以及专利在转化方面的效果，且发现鼓励专利转化的政策、信息公共服务平台以及优秀专利的奖励等因素都能对专利权人满意度产生显著的影响。%In this paper,we use the fieldwork data of patentee which come from a sub-provincial city and 1 2 prefecture-level cities of Jiangsu Province and make empirical research on the patentee satisfaction and its influencing factors by re-gression models. The results show:patentee increasingly values the level of patent protection and the effect in patent trans-formation instead of applying for a large number of patents;the policy of encouraging patent transformation,the information public service platform and patent awards and other factors can bring about a significant impact on patentee satisfaction.
