探析风险社会中核电的科学传播

摘要

公众对核电安全的质疑是现代风险社会危机的一种反映。科学传播作为科学与公众的沟通渠道，是化解这种信任危机的重要途径。风险社会中核电科学传播不再是简单地告诉公众应当信赖的科技知识，而是要建立公众对科技的信赖，化解公众对核电科技的信任危机。信任的建立要基于公众关注的核电安全问题，构建公众参与和民主的科学传播“公共领域”，这是一项需政府组织、企业、科技专家、公众与大众媒体等多元主体参与互动的社会系统工程。%The cases of public distrust nuclear power security are expressions of crises in risk society.As a channel to communicate public with scientists,the nuclear power science communication is an important approach to defuse the crisis of confidence.The central countermeasure of the nuclear power science communication in risk society is not to tell public reliable knowledge simply,but to establish trust between public and scientists.Trust establishing depends on the construc-tion of public sphere with public participation and democracy to consider nuclear security.It is a social and systematic pro-ject to need government,enterprise,science and technology experts,public and mass media interactively.
