软件外包关系类型及演化路径研究综述

摘要

This paper divides the framework or model regarding to types of software outsourcing relationship created by worldwide scholars into two different types:“binary relationship”and “n -ary relationship”,and makes an induction as follows:for the “binary relationship”part,there are 3 different ways to classify the types of software outsourcing relation-ship,i.e.,the one -dimensional linear way based on stages,the two -dimensional matrix way based on characteristics, and the simple way based on single factor;for the “n -ary relationship”part,the two -dimensional matrix way is the main way to classify the types of software outsourcing relationship.Furthermore,all kinds of software outsourcing relationships are reviewed in a dynamic perspective,and the researches on the evolution path of software outsourcing relationship are di-vided into two types:the one -dimensional linear way,the two -dimensional matrix way.Based on all above,the research status is discussed and the direction of future study is forecasted.%通过对国内外学者关于软件外包关系类型及其演化路径的现有研究进行文献综述，将目前国内外学者对软件外包关系的分类框架或模型分为“二元关系”和“多元关系”两大类，发现在“二元关系”的研究中，所使用的分类方式可被归纳为以发展阶段为基础的一维线性分类方式、以特征为基础的二维矩阵分类方式和以单一因素为基础的分类方式3种；而在“多元关系”的研究中，所使用的分类方式基本是以特征为基础的二维矩阵分类方式。进而从动态的角度审视各种外包关系，对目前学者所做的外包关系演化路径研究进行梳理，将目前软件外包关系的演化路径归纳为一维线性和二维矩阵两种类型。最后对研究现状及不足进行讨论，并对未来研究进行展望。
