高新技术产业创新系统的协同度研究--以大中型企业为对象的实证分析

摘要

运用复合系统协同度模型，对高新技术产业创新系统进行结构解析。收集2000—2013年我国大中型企业的相关数据，对我国高新技术产业创新系统协同度及子系统的有序度进行准确测度，并对实证结果进行分析。研究发现：（1）我国高新技术产业创新系统协同度的总体趋势是动态上升，但平均协同度不高；技术转移子系统是其协同发展的关键制约因素；（2）技术转移子系统的波动主要是由技术引进与消化吸收序变量的不协调导致。（3）在技术引进序变量的构成中，五大高新技术产业明显不协调。在此基础上，提出提升我国高新技术产业创新系统协同度的针对性建议。%Using complex system coordination degree model,analyzing high -tech industrial innovation system structure, collecting related data of large and medium -sized enterprises in China from 2000 to 2013,the paper accurately measures synergy degree of high and new technology industry innovation system and its order degree of subsystem,and analyzes the empirical results.The paper finds that:(1)the overall trend of the coordination degree is dynamically rising in China's high -tech industry innovation system,but its average coordination degree is not high;technology transfer subsystem is the key to the coordinated development of its restricting factors;(2)the fluctuation of technology transfer subsystem is mainly caused by no harmonious sequence variables between the technology import and digestion &absorption;(3)in the order variable composition of technology import,five new and high technology industries are obviously not harmonious.Based on this,the paper proposes targeted policy recommendations to improve effectively the system coordination degree of high and new technology industry innovation system in China.
