汽车维修行业从业人员现状及对策探析

摘要

Along with the transformation and upgrading of domestic automobile maintenance industry,employed persons become a key “bottleneck” in the development of automobile maintenance industry. Based on the present situation of employed persons in Taizhou area, this paper firstly analyses the existed problems in the employed persons in the automobile maintenance industry,then proposes several feasible countermeasure,which is of great reference value for the management of employed persons in automobile maintenance industry.%随着国内汽车维修行业不断转型升级，从业人员问题成为制约汽车维修行业科学发展的瓶颈。该文立足泰州地区的维修行业从业人员现状，首先剖析了目前行业内从业人员以及相关人才培养管理中存在的主要问题，接着针对存在的问题提出了一些可行的对策，对汽车维修行业人员的管理具有较强的参考意义。
