启发式教学在《果蔬采后生理学》课程中的应用研究

         

摘要

启发式教学是教师在教学过程中依据学习过程的客观规律,引导学生积极主动地掌握知识的教学方式.该文将启发式教学思想运用于《果蔬采后生理》专业课中,根据不同的教学内容与学生的不同情况,探索了运用几种启发式教学方法通过教与学的互动作用优化教学过程,使学生在教学过程中发挥主体作用,激发学生的学习热情,调动了学生的思维主动性,提高了学生分析、解决问题的能力,取得了良好的教学效果,对于培养高素质综合能力的人才具有重要意义.%Heuristic teaching is a teaching thought that the teacher guide students to master knowledge in the teaching process according to the objective laws of learning process. In this paper, heuristic teaching is applied in Fruits and vegetables postharvest physiology course. It was explored that the application of several kinds of heuristic teaching methods to optimize the teaching process, which made the students play a key role in the teaching process and stimulated students' learning enthusiasm. The students' ability to analyze and solve the problem was improved. Teaching effect was improved greatly. It was great significance to develop comprehensive quality talents.
