该文通过园外退役治理项目延期实例，分析国内外核设施退役和放射性废物治理项目延期原因，结合我国的核设施退役和放射性废物治理现状和面临的问题，提出应对项目延期的对策。%This paper will put forward the solutions to the delays of projects on decommissioning of nuclear facilities and radioactive waste management by analyzing the main causes and reviewing the status and problems China faces in its decommissioning of nuclear facilities and radioactive waste management.
