高校图书馆员工作压力调查问卷的因子分析--以海南省高校图书馆为例

         

摘要

Objectives:To understand the sources and status of university librarians’ working pressure, and to provide methodology guidance for solving the issue of university librarians’ working pressure. Methods: Through consulting the reference, to design the questionnaire suitable for the people groups of this study, and taking university libraries of Hainan Province as the investigated bases,to conduct the questionnaire survey on the librarians taking offices in universities, and to carry out the validity and reliability test on the questionnaire with the aid of statistical software SPSS17.0,and to extract independent seven factors from many variables related to university librarians’ working pressure by using factorial analysis. Results:The final scores of university librarians’ working pressure are obtained:9.48%of the librarians hold that there is no pressure in their work, 48.10%of the librarians hold that there is less pressure in their work, 40.48%of the librarians hold that there is bigger pressure in their work, 1.92%of the librarians hold that there is very big pressure in their work. Conclusions:Among seven dimensions of university librarians’ working pressure, the rank ordering of the pressure feelings (from highest to lowest) is university’s management and system, career development, social factors, work load, personal characteristics, family problems and interpersonal relationship.%目的:了解高校图书馆员的工作压力源、压力状况,通过实证研究,为解决高校图书馆员工作压力问题提供方法论指导。方法:通过查阅文献,设计适合本研究人群的调查问卷,并以海南省高校图书馆为调查基地,对在校任职的图书馆员进行问卷调查,借助统计软件SPSS17.0对调查问卷进行信度和效度检验,运用因子分析方法从众多高校图书馆员工作压力变量中提取相互独立的7个因子。结果:得出高校图书馆员工作压力最终得分;9.48%的图书馆员认为工作没有压力,48.10%的图书馆员认为工作压力较小,40.48%的图书馆员认为压力较大,1.92%的图书馆员认为压力很大。结论:高校图书馆员工作压力7个维度中压力感由高到低排序分别为学校管理及制度、职业发展、社会因素、工作负荷、个人特质、家庭问题和人际关系。
