基于PHM的发动机旋转部件状态维修决策研究

         

摘要

发动机旋转部件是发动机的关键部件,部队中经常出现由于发动机旋转部件故障而导致的重大飞行事故.详细介绍了威布尔比例风险模型,在参数估计时采用了极大似然估计方法估计出模型中的参数.然后以可靠度为要求,预测装备的剩余寿命,从而指导实施维修决策.最后选择发动机某类轴承为例,利用比例风险模型对其进行了维修决策研究.%Rotating components are the key components of engine, many important flight events were caused by the fault of rotating components in armies. Proportional hazards model is firstly introduced and estimated the param-eters with maximum likelihood estimates. Then, predicts the remaining life under the requirement of reliability, it is useful to enforce the maintenance decision-making. Finally, one kind of bearing is as a case and proportional haz-ards model is used to make the research of maintenance decision-making.
