混凝沉淀-微滤-纳滤组合工艺处理小吨位分散型气田废水

         

摘要

采用混凝沉淀-微滤-纳滤组合工艺对气田废水进行处理.比较了PFS+ PAM,PFS+ PHAM,PFS+ PAM+ PHAM三种复合絮凝剂的处理效果.考察了压力、流速对微滤、纳滤渗透通量和截留率的影响.并在最优操作条件下考察了整个系统的处理效果.实验结果表明,三种絮凝剂中,PFS+ PAM+ PHAM絮凝剂对气田废水的处理效果最好.在微滤压力0.1 MPa流速4.6 m/s,纳滤压力2 MPa,清洗间隔时间60min的最优操作条件下,三种水样的出水COD均小于60 mg/L,含油量均小于1.3 mg/L,氯离子含量均小于103 mg/L,还原性硫化物几乎完全去除,达到了国家一级排放要求.%The gas field wastewater was treated by coagulation-microfiltration-Nan filtration in this experiment, it was done that comparing the treatment effect of PFS + PAM, PFS + PHAM, PFS + PAM + PHAM, researching the effect of pressure and flow rate on the permeate flux and rejection rate of microfiltration and nan filtration, getting the optimum operating conditions and system processing results in this condition. The experimental results show that; PFS + PAM + PHAM flocculants is best. Optimum operating condition is 0. 1 Mpa filtration pressure, 4. 6 m/ s flow velocity, 60 minute cleaning interval, 2 Mpa filtration pressure. The water quality after treatment reached the national class A emission requirements, COD-Content less than 60 mg/L, oil-content less than 1. 3 mg/L, chloride ion-content less than 103 mg/L, sulfide was almost completely removed.
