基于BP神经网络的装备智能故障诊断技术研究

摘要

Aiming at the complex corresponding relationship between fault causation and fault symptom in diagnosis of certain equipment, intelligent fault diagnostic model by BP neural network is designed for the equipment, introduced the key technique of exactly implementation of the model based on the analyze of fault pattern complexity of the equipment.%针对某装备故障诊断中多故障原因和多故障征兆的复杂对应关系,在分析其故障模式复杂性的基础上,设计了该装备基于BP神经网络方法的智能故障诊断模型,介绍了该模型具体实现过程中的关键技术,并通过仿真实验对模型性能进行了分析.
