一种平面旋转磁极函数信号发生器信号分析

         

摘要

Based on principles of electromagnetic induction, so that the pole the plane on the PCB rotation of the electromagnetic winding is analyzed. The windings of the PCB board will be the output signal frequency and pole rotation speed directly proportional to the sine of the AC signal generator in the fixed printed. The relationship of the rotation pole and flat printed circuit winding is pointed out. Comparing the measured data and simulation results , the signal generator output frequency and speed of a good linear relationship, speed detection and control system for high accuracy are expressed.%分析了一种基于电磁感应原理,使磁极在固定的印制有电磁绕组的平面PCB板上旋转,PCB板的绕组便输出电信号频率与磁极旋转速度成正比例的正弦交流信号发生器.指出了旋转磁极与平面印制电绕组的构建关系.对比实测数据与仿真结果,表述了信号发生器具有输出频率与转速良好的线性关系,适用于高精确度的速度检测与控制系统.
