Aiming at the remanufacturing shop scheduling problem with fuzzy processing time under uncertain conditions,a fuzzy time scheduling model was established,and an integral-controller particle swarm optimization algorithm was proposed.Considering of the shortcomings of easy to premature for the basic particle swarm optimization(PSO),an acceleration item was introduced to enhance the diversity of the population by adding a controller to control the particle trajectories.As a result,the algorithm global searching capability was improved.Simulation results validate that the proposed algorithm is effective to solve the remanufacturing production shop scheduling problem under uncertain conditions.%针对不确定条件下再制造模糊加工时间的车间调度问题,建立了模糊工时调度模型,并提出了一种积分控制微粒群算法.考虑到基本粒子群算法易于早熟的缺点,通过增加控制器对粒子轨迹进行控制,在算法中引入加速度项,增强了种群多样性,提高了算法全局寻优能力.通过仿真实例验证表明,该算法在解决不确定条件下再制造生产车间调度问题方面是行之有效的.
