一种平板热管散热器传热特性的实验研究

         

摘要

An experimental investigation on the heat dissipation capability of a flat heat pipe radiator with micro -grooves wick was conducted .Effects of heat load , cooling intensity and inclination angle on thermal performance of the flat heat pipe radiator were analyzed .The experimental results show that the thermal resistance of the heat pipe accounts for a small proportion in the total thermal resistance .The efficient cooling for the condenser section of the heat pipe plays an important role in steady operation of the flat heat pipe radiator .The flat heat pipe radiator has high heat dissipation capability and uniform temperature , and thus has good application prospects in efficient cool-ing.%对一种以微槽道作为吸液芯的平板式热管散热器的传热特性进行了实验研究.分析了加热功率、冷却强度、工作倾角等因素对该平板热管散热器传热性能的影响规律.实验结果表明热管内部热阻所占热管散热器总热阻的比重很小.热管冷凝端的高效散热是热管散热器正常稳定工作的关键.该平板热管散热器的散热能力强;并具有良好的均温特性,在散热冷却领域具有良好的应用潜力.
