浅析当前企业集团财务管理中的问题与对策

摘要

The main problems of the current enterprise financial management include in a unsound financial organization and decision-making structure,lack of proper financial control system,and inefficient financial constraints and incentive system.To solve the above problem,the author proposes the following measures： improving the corporate governance structure,implementation of a comprehensive budget management,specification management of monetary funds,the establishment of financial information control system.%当前企业集团财务管理中存在的主要问题为没有形成健全的财务组织与决策体制、缺乏完善的财务监控体系、低效的财务约束与激励制度。针对以上问题,作者提出以下对策：完善公司治理结构、推行全面预算管理、规范货币资金管理、建立财务信息控制系统。
