强化工作落实 提高政府执行力

摘要

Execution is a currently popular word attracting wide attention from the society.It is a truth that action is more important than thinking.The truth will arouse our thinking if it is introduced to political administration.With the problems existing in governments of different levels as the breakthrough point,this paper analyzes the practical significance of execution for the development of our country.This paper preliminarily probes into the factors of people,policy,environment and culture.%执行力是当下比较流行的一个词,引起了广泛的社会关注。一打纲领不如一个实际行动,行动比想法更为重要——这是个很朴素的道理。把这个道理引入行政管理学中就引发了人们的很多思考。本文从当前各级政府在执行力方面存在的问题入手,解析了执行力对于巩固党的执政地位,对于国家的长治久安,对于人民的幸福福祉的现实意义;回答了为什么政府一直在加强自身建设,可是社会还是常常指责它执行不力的疑问;如何有效提高政府执行力？本文从人的因素、制度的因素、环境的因素、文化的因素进行了初步探析。
