浅析加拿大多民族联邦制度对魁北克问题的影响

摘要

加拿大作为西方较早采用多民族联邦制度的国家,其相对宽容的民族政策和松散的联邦制度一直被认为是解决多民族国家民族问题的典范,但多民族联邦制度中过于追求省权也在一定程度上助长了加拿大魁北克地区分离主义倾向,本文通过对加拿大多民族联邦制度的政策和魁北克分离主义发展进行分析,对加拿大多民族联邦制度进行了反思。%Canada as an early adopter of multi-ethnic federal system in the Western country,the relative tolerance of the national policy and a loose federal system has been considered model to solve the problem multi-ethnic nation,but the multiethnic province of the federal system over the pursuit of power is also to some extent contributed to the Canada Quebec separatist tendencies.In this paper,multi-ethnic federal system of Canada's policy development and analysis of Quebec separatism,multi-ethnic federal system of Canada,a reflection.
