随着时代的进步和社会经济的发展，培育新型人才已然成为新形势下全新的人才战略。其中，培育新型现代农民也是一项重大的研究课题，培养现代型农民，不仅可以提高农民的综合素质，还可以进一步促进社区经济的发展与进步。在新的时代背景下，通过构建教育培训服务平台，来推动人才培养战略的实施，是行之有效的途径。本文以长桥社区培育新型现代农民的方法为例，探究如何通过教育培训来完成这一重大任务。%With the progress of the times and the development of social economy, the cultivation of new-typed talents has become a totally new talent strategy in the new situation. The cultivation of new-typed modern farmers is an important research topic, as it can not only improve farmers' comprehensive quality, but also further promote the development and progress of community e-conomy. In the background of the new times, it is a feasible ap-proach to promote the implementation of talent cultivation strate-gies through the construction of education service platform. With the methods of cultivating new-typed modern farmers adopted by Changqiao Community as the example, this paper explores how to complete the above huge task through education and training.
