社区教育工作者队伍信息化系统初探

摘要

本文阐述了如何应用信息化技术设计社区教育工作者的在线综合技能培训，分析了如何使用信息化系统对社区教育工作者进行统一、有效的管理和考核并讨论了信息化系统在未来社区教育工作者队伍建设中的作用，在此基础上本文给出了一份社区教育工作者队伍信息化系统的初步设计方案。%This paper interprets how to use informationized tech-nologies to help community educators to receive the online train-ing of comprehensive skills, analyzes how to use informationized systems to implement unified and effective management and e-valuation, and discusses the role of informationized systems in future construction of community educator groups, and based on the above, proposes a preliminary design plan for an information-ized system for community educators.
