我国近年恩格尔系数的城乡比较分析

摘要

Engel's coefficient is an important indicator of living standards, especially good for comparisons among people of dif-ferent income levels. Using ANOVA methods, this paper com-pares the coefficients between people of the urban and rural ar-eas. The result shows that there is essential difference between the two groups of people, and the difference persisted until the year 2008. The difference started to decrease from 2009. As a re-sult, the government should stick to and improve on the favorable policies toward farmers.%恩格尔系数是一个反映生活水平的重要指标，特别适用于不同收入人群间的比较。运用方差分析的方法对我国近年恩格尔系数进行城乡比较，发现我国城乡生活水平确实存在本质性的差距。统计检验的结果显示，这种差距直到2008年都没有缩小的趋势，缩小的趋势从2009开始显现，所以政府的惠农政策应该长期坚持并逐步完善。
