新形势下民办高校辅导员队伍建设研究

The overall level and personal quality of private college counselor team have a huge impact on the construction and de-velopment of the student team and the healthy growth of students, as well as the education quality and stable development of private colleges. But viewing from the current situation, there are still many problems in the construction of college counselor team. This paper is aimed at exploring the current situation and how to con-struct a high-quality counselor team.%民办高校辅导员队伍的整体水平和个人素质对于学生队伍建设与发展有着很大的影响，与学生的健康成长息息相关，与此同时这也会对民办高校的办学质量和稳定发展造成影响。但就目前的情况来看，民办高校辅导员队伍建设仍然存在着很多的问题。本文的目的在于就目前的情况探讨我们要如何建设一支高素质的辅导员队伍。
