对影响高校辅导员职业幸福感因素的研究

         

摘要

高校辅导员是我国高校教师队伍和管理队伍的重要组成部分,同时也是大学生成长过程中的引路人,因此,高校辅导员的职业幸福感直接关系到高校学生的学习、生活质量以及高校文化建设和育人目标的实现。本文从辅导员职业幸福感的内涵出发,从个人因素的职业认同感、专业归属感、事业成就感和外部因素的学校、学生和社会认知等两个方面较为系统的分析了其影响因素,为进一步提出提高辅导员幸福感的对策奠定了基础。%Counselors are not only important parts of teachers and management team in China, but also the conductors in the pro-cess of undergraduate growth, therefore, their vocational well-be-ing is directly related to the quality of college students' learning and life, the implementation of university culture construction and the realization of the aims in higher education. From the essence of counselors' vocational well-being, and the two aspects, intrinsic factors, such as professional self-identity, the sense of belonging, career achievements, and extrinsic factors, such as colleges, students and the society, this paper analyzes the influ-encing factors, and establishes the foundation for further mea-sures to improve counselors' well-being.
