At the present time, as an effective way to alleviate the difficult employment of college students, entrepreneurship is gaining more and more attention. But how to improve the success rate, training is particularly important. This article analyzes the three main stakeholders' strategic choices with Game Theory to find out the existing problems and propose the corresponding countermeasures. Ultimately, the writer hopes that they can co-operate with each other to enhance the training effectiveness to-gether.%目前,大学生创业作为缓解其就业难的一条有效途径,正在得到越来越多的关注。但是如何才能提升刚走出校门的青年学生的创业成功率,培训显得尤为重要。本文引入博弈论的思想,对培训涉及的三个主要利益相关方的策略选择进行分析,找出存在的问题并提出相应的对策,以期他们能够相互合作,共同提升培训的有效性。
